OHLA would like to thank everyone who participated in #WearBlueDay, attended trainings, and requested anti-trafficking materials. Your participation is helping our industry remain at the forefront of trafficking prevention in our state and communities. Just because the month is over doesn’t mean our efforts should stop. There are many ways you can continue to get involved and help in the fight against trafficking.
Volunteer to be an Anti-Trafficking Champion
Identify an anti-trafficking champion from your property/company and allow us to better engage with you, provide the latest developments, facilitate property-wide training, and create connections to local collaboratives.
Sign Up for an Anti-Trafficking Training
Set time aside for 30-minute lodging-specific training, plus time for conversation and questions (a maximum of 1 hour). Each attendee will receive an informational packet, among other resources.
Companies/properties that are interested will be responsible for the following:
Meeting space and conducive set-up for the number of attendees.
Project and screen for presentation.
Optional food and beverages/refreshments.
Communication to and recruitment of associates to attend.
