The Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association (OH&LA) knows that you care about how your personal information is used or shared. Because the OH&LA respects your privacy and values your trust, it has created this Privacy Policy to make you aware of what information it collects, how the information is used, and what security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control.

Information Collected by the OH&LA

General Users

As an OH&LA Member, you will receive a username and password from OH&LA to access the Members' only benefits, materials and information on the OH&LA website. The types of information the OH&LA may collect from registered users include email addresses, credit card numbers, and billing and shipping addresses. The OH&LA collects this information to ensure the integrity of the services it provides to its Members and to retain accurate records for billing and shipping. As an OH&LA Member, you can elect not to provide the requested information; however, you may not be able to take advantage of the OH&LA's member services without disclosure of the requested information.

Personally Provided Information

You are not required to provide the OH&LA with personal information to visit its website. If you choose to provide the OH&LA with personal information through an e-mail message, form, survey, etc., the OH&LA will maintain such information only as long as is necessary to respond to your question or to fulfill the stated purpose of your communication. REFUND POLICY

Customer must contact the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association by phone at 614-461-6462 or e-mail at info@ohla.org regarding the nature of the refund request. If approved, refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at time of initial payment within ten (10) business days.
