Terri Stivarius is the Owner of PointerWise, an HR and organizational development consulting firm based in Atlanta. She practiced employment law with two national law firms for 22 years before serving as an HR, legal, and employee relations executive with a global pharmaceutical company and later a regional healthcare company. In 2010, she launched her own firm. Today, she coaches executives and rising leaders, facilitates team development and listening events, serves as a third-party neutral workplace investigator, and performs keynote addresses on organizational development and career development topics. Terri blends legal, HR, and leadership insights into practical, engaging, and easy-to-implement approaches. Outside of work, she loves living with her husband John and her elderly mom Phyllis, her three adult children and extended families, her perfect granddaughter, her three German Short-Haired Pointers, binge worthy British TV, and life in Decatur, GA.
