Annette Lin

Director of Sales, DoubleTree by Hilton Newark, Ohio

Annette was born and raised in Newark, graduated from Licking Valley HS and COTC.  Starting her career as an event planner at the Grand Host East in Reynoldsburg(now the western branch of COTC) moved into Hotels at Fort Rapids Indoor Waterpark Resort in Columbus and currently is the Director of Sales at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Newark!

Working at the DoubleTree allows her to be active in the community as the Secretary of Explore Licking County’s Board, member of Newark Kiwanis, Women United, Licking Co. Chamber, New Albany Chamber, Granville Chamber, Zanesville Chamber, OH Hotel and Lodging Assc. (including Women in Lodging), HSMAI, and the Downtown Newark Association!

The DoubleTree works with local businesses and non-profits to host meetings and fundraisers and comfortably house travelers from those businesses along with friends and family for local weddings and traveling sports teams, as well as being home to Elements Local Bistro and Starbucks!

Annette basically lives in Blackhand Gorge State Nature Preserve in Newark with her husband, two dogs, two cats and all the wildlife that is there! She and her husband have 3 grown children, attend More Life Church, and enjoy spending time with family, boating, and traveling.
