What makes it hard to be your best self in difficult conversations? Why do we walk away feeling regret or disappointment, not only in the outcome but in ourselves? This workshop, “Responding Effectively to Conflict” invites participants to take a deeper look at what matters to them in communication with others and gain clarity about how to show up differently in challenging situations. Take away tools and resources that hoteliers can utilize to diffuse the situation when they are faced with guest confrontations.
