Top | | OHLA Supports Effort to Increase Lending to Hotels
OHLA has signed on to an effort to increase the maximum loan amount for the Small Business Administration 7(a) program from $5 million to $10 million. Doubling the existing cap would open up opportunities for new loans to more of the hotel industry.
State Program Offers Tax Credit for Mixed-Use Developments
Ohio wants to increase mixed-use construction and building improvements with a tax credit that can be used to finance new construction or renovations of vacant buildings, including land acquisition, demolition, construction, site work, and more.
